Our ElevatorAnswer service is a hybrid of two companies Alliance Communications (a CAM-X award winning call center) and Alliance Alarms (a professional alarm monitoring center). The fusion of these two companies ensures a professional response to emergency situations while providing the experience of award winning operators.

Because ElevatorAnswer is part of our Alarm Monitoring and Call Center we are always there when you need us. We have Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS), propane powered generators, mirrored hardware and data back-ups.
