All of our calls are recorded, time date stamped, and have a historical reference so that you are able to confirm all the details. Having a state of the art system allows us to help you maintain a record of elevator occurrences, testing, and maintenance. We are able to deliver these messages by email, text message, fax or phone.
In order to maintain a clear record of elevator issues, maintenance and testing we offer optional Reporting Summaries, Voice Record Features, Fax and Emailing of messages.
Because ElevatorAnswer is part of our Alarm Monitoring and Call Center we are always there when you need us. We have Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS), propane powered generators, mirrored hardware and data back-ups.
